When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our coffee to order Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer a coffee subscription service?

Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions that allow you to receive your favorite beans on a recurring schedule. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

How should I store my coffee beans?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. While our bags feature a one-way valve for freshness, transferring beans to an opaque, airtight canister will further extend their peak flavor profile.

What is your return policy for coffee and equipment?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us. Brewing equipment and merchandise can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Can I get my coffee pre-ground?

While we recommend grinding whole beans just before brewing for the best flavor, we do offer grinding services. You can select your preferred grind size (Drip, Espresso, French Press, etc.) on the product page before adding it to your cart.
