At Methodical Coffee, we want you to love your brew, but due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. For all brewing gear and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your item.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the item is unused and in its original retail packaging; securely pack it to prevent damage during transit back to our roastery.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
